Information That We Collect

provide you with our products and services, we will request
to collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card
information and requested accommodation preferences. In addition,
other information may be requested to meet your personal comfort
requirements in accommodation, to facilitate billing and collection
of accounts and ease the process of future stays with us.

We Manage Your Information
Customer
Service
Any
information that occurs during your visit with us, such as
billing information, faxes or messages is treated as confidential.
Room
keys will only be issued to our registered guest and persons
that have been noted as pre-authorized to have keys by the
registered guest.
Guest
room billing folio's and replacement keys will only be issued
to registered or noted guests after verifying identification.
External
inquires for information about a guests room number, or arriving
and departing dates will not be given out without the guests
prior permission.
External
requests for information or duplicate copies of a group or
guest's billing statement will be verified for identification
through our accounting department or the manager on duty.
Marketing
Information
about the hotel, our services and our newsletter is available
upon request on our website or by contacting the hotel direct.
The Laurel Point Inn does not access or use our guest reservation
database for marketing purposes. The Laurel Point Inn does
distribute marketing material periodically to our corporate
database.
Disclosure
We
will not disclose your information to a third party outside
of our company without your consent, unless law or legal process
requires it.
Securing
Your Information
We
take all necessary measures to secure your information in
our paper file management and onsite computer system.
We
provide our employees with on-going training to ensure that
your information is protected against unauthorized access,
unnecessary changes or disclosure.
Please
inquire at the front desk if you wish to dispose of sensitive
information during your stay. We will provide a paper shredder
upon request.
