Dear Ian:

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to you and your staff for making our stay at the Laurel Point Inn such a special one. The attention to detail exhibited by you and your staff was unprecedented, right from the lovely fruit platter on the day of our arrival to the acquisition of a hand-held shower head to shower my disabled son.

Please pall along our thanks to Laura Benson, Tomas Dosil, Graham Knutson and Dan Ball for their considerable efforts in organizing the equipment and supplies necessary to accommodate Aaron’s needs. I know it was a lot of work to coordinate the delivery of all of the handicapped equipment in preparation for our arrival, but without it, we would not have been able to come.

Victoria is a beautiful city, and your hotel is first class. The food and service was exceptional. I can tell you that we won’t hesitate to come back again in the future.

I recently spent one night at your inn in Victoria and wanted to truly thank you for the quality of service and the absolutely breathtaking views. I can honestly say that my fiance and I have never stayed in a nicer room. The balcony was gorgeous and the gardens absolutely amazing. In order to commemorate our trip to Victoria , we gathered post cards at every location we visited. However, we were unable to get one at the Inn because the gift shop was closed upon our return. If there is any way you could mail me a postcard of the Laurel Point Inn it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
